How the price works

Lucille runs on AI compute, which has a real per-use cost. Rather than locking features behind tiers, we let you choose a monthly contribution that fits you. The amount you pick becomes your monthly usage allowance: a higher amount means Lucille can do more for you each month before the allowance is used up. Everyone gets the same features — the only thing your amount changes is how much the assistant works.

Billing & payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Your first charge happens only after your 14-day free trial ends. You can change your amount or cancel at any time from within the app — see our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled, and our Terms of Service for the full agreement.

Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing and any applicable taxes; your card details are held by Paddle, not by us. Questions about a charge? Email support@lucilleai.xyz.
