Refund Policy
How free trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
Last updated: 28 June 2026
Try before you pay
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so you can evaluate Lucille first. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Subscriptions & renewals
After the trial, your subscription is billed monthly in advance at the amount you chose, and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from within the app — there's no phone call and no retention hoops. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not automatically charge for partial months.
Refunds
Because we offer a free trial to evaluate the Service, monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the period has begun. That said, we want you to feel fairly treated. We will, in good faith, consider a refund if:
- you were charged in error or charged after cancelling;
- you were unintentionally charged at the end of a trial and contact us promptly; or
- the Service was substantially unavailable or did not work as described.
To request a refund, email support@lucilleai.xyz within 14 days of the charge, with the email on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider. You can also manage your purchase and contact support via the receipt Paddle emails you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of Israel or your country of residence.
