Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Registered owner name], Osek Murshe, Israel ("Lucille", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Lucille personal assistant, our website at lucilleai.xyz, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lucille is a personal AI assistant. With your permission, it connects to tools you use — such as Telegram, Google Calendar, Gmail, and time tracking — to capture notes, surface what matters, run proactive check-ins, and help you through your day. You interact with it through a web app and a Telegram chat.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You sign in using a Google account; you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity under your Lucille account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• The Service is offered on a pay-what-you-want monthly subscription. You choose a monthly amount within the published range; that amount sets your monthly usage allowance. See our Pricing page.
• New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and your chosen amount is charged.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You may change your amount or cancel at any time from within the app.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles billing, payment methods, and applicable taxes. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction.

Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Connected third-party services

You may connect third-party accounts (e.g. Google, Telegram). You authorize us to access those services on your behalf to provide the Service, and you confirm you have the right to do so. Your use of each third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms. You can disconnect any integration at any time, which stops further access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or to violate anyone's rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• resell, sublicense, or share access without our permission; or
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or infringing.

6. AI-generated content

Lucille uses AI to generate summaries, suggestions, and messages. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for assistance only — it is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing and for any decisions or actions you take based on it.

7. Your content & our intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide or connect ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We and our licensors own the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks; these Terms grant you no rights in them except the right to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucille and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app or by contacting us.

11. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
