This Privacy Policy explains how [Registered owner name], Osek Murshe, Israel ("Lucille", "we") handles your information when you use the Lucille personal assistant and our website at lucilleai.xyz. We collect only what we need to run the assistant for you, and we never sell your data.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and account identifier.
• Data from services you connect. Only for integrations you explicitly authorize, we access the relevant data to provide the assistant — for example calendar events, email metadata and content, notes, time entries, and the messages you exchange with Lucille on Telegram.
• Content you provide. Notes, instructions, and messages you send to the assistant, and the assistant's memory built from them.
• Billing information. Handled by Paddle (see below). We receive subscription status and limited transaction details, but not your full card number.
• Technical & usage data. Basic logs needed to operate the Service securely and reliably (e.g. timestamps, error events). Secrets and credentials are never logged.

2. How we use your information

• to operate and provide the assistant, including its proactive messages and memory;
• to process your subscription and provide support;
• to maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug and improve reliability; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

To generate summaries, suggestions, and replies, relevant content is processed by AI models, including models hosted by trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. We send only the data needed for the task, and providers process it to return a result — not to train their models on your data, where such controls are available to us.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Google — sign-in and the Google services you choose to connect.
• Telegram — to deliver and receive your chat messages with the assistant.
• AI providers — to generate the assistant's responses (see §3).
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, to process payments and taxes.
• Hosting & authentication infrastructure — to run the application and manage sign-in.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

5. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure and is strictly scoped to your account (tenant-isolated). Integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, decrypted secrets never leave the backend, and secrets are never written to logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete the personal data we hold about you, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

7. Your rights & choices

• Disconnect integrations at any time, which stops further access to that service's data.
• Access or delete your account and data — you can delete your account from within the app, or request access or deletion by emailing us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your data.

8. International transfers

We and our providers may process your data in countries other than yours. Where we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
